In January 2014, I had the opportunity to score a short film based on a play by Les Enfants Terribles, performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The film follows a World War One veteran trapped beneath the battlefield, blending reality and fantasy. My goal was to create a unique, dynamic score that avoided traditional war tropes, adding emotional depth to the film. This project marked my first experience scoring to picture and was a significant step in launching my film scoring career.
